August Camping Trip, BC
We recently got away for 3 days, tent camping. We haven't done that in years. And this was our first time to get up near Whistler. Here are some of our photos from the trip. We briefly stopped at Porteau Cove Park and stayed one night at Alice Lake Park near Squamish, and one night at Nairn Falls Park along the Green River.

Very lovely! We didn't go hiking, but back in 1986 or 7 we spent a weekend in a lodge at the Whistler ski resort with our sons. The view from the cable car enroute to the top was breathtaking, although there wasn't much snow to speak of in July. Glad you two had a chance to do something so peaceful and refreshing together.
